 We want your visit to be enjoyable and your children to stay safe. 
Before you visit us, please take a moment to read our

RULES OF PLAY

- Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the child/ren in their care and must supervise their       child/ren at ALL TIMES. Jungle Boogie does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children

 - All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult ( aged over 18)

 - Ratio of adults to children must be no more than 1:5

 - We recommend parents/carers make themselves familiar with the layout of the building and the play frame in case of emergency

 - Children over the age of 10 years or 1.5m tall (whichever comes first) are not permitted to enter the play frame

 - Entry to Baby/Toddler play area is for children aged under 5 years or under 1.4m

- Children who are unwell are not permitted to visit Jungle Boogie

 - Please ensure that your child uses the toilet and washes their hands prior to entering the play frame

 - We recommend that long sleeve tops and trousers (without cords) are worn to prevent potential friction burns from the slide

-  Jewellery, belts, badges, glasses and other items with sharp edges are not permitted to be worn in the frame.
Adults must ensure that their pockets are empty of all potentially hazardous items (please ensure these are safely stored away and also not left on tables )

- Children/adults must remove shoes before entering the frame - socks must be worn at all times

 - To prevent serious injury please ensure that your children do not climb the slide, the nets or the tubes in the ball pool.
Balls must remain inside the ball pit and must not be thrown at others, or kicked outside of the play frame

 - No food or drink is permitted to be taken into the play frame

- Please ensure that your child does not overheat! Provide regular drinks and rest between play

- For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at Jungle Boogie may be consumed on the premises (unless by prior arrangement with management)

- Please ensure that nappy changing/use of a potty is conducted only in the baby changing area. Please ensure that nappies are disposed of in the correct nappy bins provided

-Please ensure that you limit the use of recording equipment (camera/phone etc) to only the child/ren in your care

- Staff members may speak to a child directly if their behaviour has deteriorated. We will also speak to the parents/carers regarding incidents that have occurred. If the behaviour continues, the parent/carer will be asked to remove the child from the premises without refund

- Jungle Boogie is a no smoking facility. This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes

- Candles may be lit only by Jungle Boogie Staff. Indoor fireworks/sparklers are not permitted

- Please report all accidents and injuries, no matter how minor, to a member of staff before leaving the play centre

- Any damage to Jungle Boogie property - whether intentional or not - must be reported to staff immediately

- The Jungle Boogie team are here to help ensure that safety is maintained during your visit. Please be courteous to staff and other visitors at all times. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and responsible parties will be asked to leave without refund

- Please be courteous to our neighbours when arriving or leaving Jungle Boogie. Please park with consideration and ensure all litter is disposed of appropriately 

- Parents/Carers should note that - whilst every consideration has been made to the safety made to those visiting the play centre - Jungle Boogie cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of using the play equipment (this includes adults and anyone exceeding our height limit, entering the play frame in a supervisory capacity or otherwise)

- Management decisions are final and non negotiable
